Get to Know Kat:
“When your computer or network has you down, Don’t mouse around, Call the Kat!” 

Kat grew up just east of Stockton, where she attended a small high school, and moved on to college in Stockton, Chico/Yuba City, and Arizona. She spent her childhood in an amazing farming community. Some say she was a 'born leader', as she used to get all of her siblings and every other kid in the surrounding area to join her on adventures in the vineyards and surrounding farms.  She became involved in leadership in Junior High School, and has carried a passion for leadership throughout her adult life.  Kat started helping others succeed at a very young age, and has spent a lifetime learning how to successfully help others.  Her determination, impeccable work ethics, and deep rooted sense of integrity has created a roadmap for business and leadership success. 

Though Kat was a pre-med major in college, her love of technology became a passion, and she eventually made a career change.  She started her training for Microsoft Systems Engineering, and met her future husband and business partner, Michael.

After completing school, and working as post secondary - certified technical instructors together, Kat and Michael started their first business adventure, 3in1 Technologies. At first they focused primarily on computer training, and after a year in business, moved into field services as well. They have successfully grown their business to provide services in the greater Sacramento, Stockton, Lodi, and surrounding areas.

A few years after starting 3in1, Michael stumbled into BNI. After 4 years of membership in BNI, 3in1 has grown an incredible 60% per year due to business generated through BNI referrals. Kat enjoys her mission of helping others grow their business through BNI, and commits a large amount of time to help others achieve this success. 

Just as Kat is passionate about her business and helping her clients with unparalleled support and services - she brings all of this and more to her work with BNI, and has enjoyed serving as an Area Director for BNI Central Valley for almost 3 years now.  One of the chapters Kat manages, received the 2008 Founders Award, a prestigious award only given to the top 10% of all chapters, WORLDWIDE!  Her chapters have generated Millions of Dollars in revenue for their members – which in turn goes back to our communities.  Kat feels it is an honor to be a part of this success, and strives to help BNI members reach every level of success they aim for! 

Through her work with BNI, Kat has grown to become a master network marketing professional, and works hard to teach others how to achieve a similar success in their own marketing strategies.  She works closely with the members of her chapters, guiding them, and working with goals and success plans.  She spends at least 10 hours per week investing time into her own continuing education to sharpen her skills as an outstanding business woman, successful entrepreneur, and network marketing strategist.  She frequently attends educational seminars, conferences, and courses to increase the knowledge she can share with others.  Many businesses and individuals work closely with Kat to build their business and marketing skills, through custom computer, network, marketing, and motivational training.
