ON MSP TRAINING:

Today I attended the BNI MSP training with Debbie Ruiz and Lori Moore in Lodi.  The meeting was Great!  Debbie and Lori are a pleasure to work with.

The MSP training alone is worth the price of one year of membership, even if I never received one referral that first year.  I recommend attending as soon as possible after joining BNI.  I wish I had attended sooner.

I have listened to you several times now and want to thank you for the way your presentations go. You must have had Toastmasters training. I enjoy your eye contact, your volume in your voice, the way you throw in some jokes or anecdotes, etc. you move around the room as you speak. ON BNI's RESULTS:

I have been a professional photographer since the year 2000 but about a year and half ago I saw my business drastically decline.  I blamed it on the economy and went to work in an entirely new field.  An electrician friend of mine (Todd Bromley, Class V Electric) offered me a job working part-time for him and I did so for about a year.  During this time, he joined BNI to help his business grow and one day he invited me to a meeting to see if I thought it might help my photography business.  Almost immediately, I received a couple of Tier 1 referrals, enough to pay for my membership.  I of course joined the BNI chapter and after a short while, I had to give my friend notice that I would no longer be working for him as I had become too busy with my business.  He was bummed to lose me but very happy that BNI was working for me.  Here we are now, a few months later and I am still keeping very busy and I am still a very happy BNI member.
